Resident Life

  • You can pay rent with a check or online via Entrata, our resident portal.

  • Yes.  The fee for non-compliance is $25/month.

  • They can call the after-hours emergency line at 509.902.0834.  There is a $300 lock-out fee.

  • Yes M-F is when maintenance is on-site!

  • Guests are permitted.  Please meet them at the front door.

  • Directly to the providing company.  We activate your accounts and you will get an activation email.

  • You don’t need to, but sustainability and green living is important!

Application Process

  • Utilities and internet are paid separately by the resident.

  • Move in charges are $201 deposit, and prorated parking, pet, and monthly rent.

  • Complete an application and pay the $99 hold fee!

  • We do!  We offer 7 months leases depending on availability.

  • Verification can take less than 24 hours but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • You would need to make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Amenities

  • This is a smoke-free community.

  • No, however we have small storages coming mid-2024.

  • Yes, we have complimentary bike storages.

  • $35/month for two pets that’s non-refundable.  There are no additional deposits or fees.

  • We love pets!

  • Every apartment has a dishwasher, laundry, and microwave.  Most apartments have balconies (they are extremely large)!

  • We have controlled access through Doorking.

  • Parking is $125/spot.

  • Yes!  We have dedicated spaces AND two gated garages.
