Resident Life

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    You can pay rent with a check or online via Henri, our resident portal.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes.  The fee for non-compliance is $25/month.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    They can call the after-hours emergency line at 509.902.0834.  There is a $300 lock-out fee.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Through Henri, our online resident portal!

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes M-F is when maintenance is on-site!

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests are permitted.  Please meet them at the front door.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Directly to the providing company.  We activate your accounts and you will get an activation email.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    You don’t need to, but sustainability and green living is important!

Application Process

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    Utilities and internet are paid separately by the resident.

  • Is there any move in charges?

    Move in charges are $201 deposit, and prorated parking, pet, and monthly rent.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    Complete an application and pay the $99 hold fee!

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    We do!  We offer 7 months leases depending on availability.

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Verification can take less than 24 hours but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?

    You would need to make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.


  • Is smoking allowed?

    This is a smoke-free community.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    No, however we have small storages coming mid-2024.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we have complimentary bike storages.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    $35/month for two pets that’s non-refundable.  There are no additional deposits or fees.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    We love pets!

  • What amenities do the apartment include?

    Every apartment has a dishwasher, laundry, and microwave.  Most apartments have balconies (they are extremely large)!

  • Does the building have a security system?

    We have controlled access through Doorking.

  • What is the parking fee?

    Parking is $125/spot.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes!  We have dedicated spaces AND two gated garages.
